Company Policy & Responsibilty:

1. Advance Payment
To confirm the booking, our company policy requires USD 100 or INR 5,000 City & Cultural Tour in Nepal. However, our policy requires 25% advance for Nepal Trekking and Tibet Tour and 80% advance for the Bhutan tour. As this has been prepared based on Minister of Finance Department rule (w
e would be happy to be flexible if this cause you hassle). Similarly, the balance amount of the trip, you can pay before 2 weeks to the travel date through bank or can also settle the payment on the day of arrival. 

2. How to pay advance amount
You can choose two different ways of making payment:

a) Online Payment by Card: You can make the payment by credit card or debit card through this link (link coming soon). Please note-(Our Bank or mediator bank will charge 4% additional on the transaction amount for online transfer service to international card holder)

b) Bank Transfer:

c) Remittance Service:
If Bank transfer and Online transfer do not suit you sometime, then you can also use the popular remittance service provider i.e. Western Union, IME, Prabhu transfer near by your city to do the transaction. (Please note- remittance services do the financial transaction to the individual Name or Individual Bank address only) 

3. Balance amount Payment
The Rest amount can be paid before 2 week to the travel date through Bank transfer and can also settle the balance payment here in Kathmandu on the Arrival day on Cash.

4. Credit Card payment
If you wish to make advance or Balance payment through credit card in Nepal or from your Home Country, then  the Mediator bank will charge additional 4% on the transaction amount for the credit card service.

5. Last Minute Booking
We accept your last minute booking for Nepal Tour only. As we need at least 1 month preparation for TIBET & BHUTAN Tour.

6. Refund Policy
Refund Policy for City Tour in Nepal:
We will refund the amount INR 5,000 / USD 100 in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason. However, we will apply you certain cancellation charge INR 2000/USD 35 based on the cancel request date. Also, we are flexible to postpone your trip in any later days without any extra charges.

Refund Policy for (Muktinath Tour, Adventure Tour in Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan Tour:
If you have made 30%, 50%++ payment for Muktinath Tour, Adventure trip in Nepal, Tibet & Bhutan Tour then, we would follow the below policy:
If cancellation made before 3 month, no cancellation will apply
If Cancellation made before 1.5 month, 10% charge will apply
If Cancellation made between a month, full deposit will forfeited

7. Supplement Charge
On our holidays tour / Trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room /tent with.

8. Incomplete Tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances
If AID Journeys & Adventure cancel your trip because of unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we will be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all money paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.

10. Clients’ Responsible
AID Journeys & Adventure representative deserves all authority to make your program very flexible and comfortable.

11. Travel Insurance
Generally, we do not need travel insurance for City tour in Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. However, you must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation for Trekking , Peak climbing & Mountaineering in Nepal. 

12. Tour Amendment
To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. You’re advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.

13. Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.

14. Flight Delay/Cancellation
There is virtually possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could be happened, in particular, in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region etc. In such case your itinerary will be modified.
